Ogden City Arts Festival

Hot fun at the annual Ogden Arts Festival! The studio had a successful run, and I met a lot of amazing people and fellow artists. I’m looking forward to next year’s festival and will see you there!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth to talk and purchase items. Despite the heat, the Festival was my most successful to date and it was a pleasure working with the festival organizers and staff. I really enjoyed interacting with the other artists and purchased two wonderful pieces from Chaselyn Pugh and Tamia Wardle. Funny enough, Tamia and I determined that we had gone to Art School together at the University of Utah. I’m definitely going to return to the festival next year and look forward to seeing my friends in Weber and Davis Counties. See you next year!!!

Bohemian Bum Farmers Market

Come out and enjoy a summer Market at the Gateway from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be food trucks, jewelry, art, yoga, fresh bread and all kinds of food.

I’ll be at the Bohemian Bum Farmers Market on Sunday July 5th from 10a.m. until 3 p.m. The market will be at the Gateway near the Olympic Fountains. Since the Park Silly show I’ve been busy painting, drawing and getting new prints produced courtesy my friends over at the Atelier AFA print shop in Salt Lake. It’s been a busy summer working in the studio and getting some climbing in along the Wasatch. In July I’ll preparing for the Ogden Arts Festival on Saturday July 18 th and Sunday 19 th at the Historic Union Station. Busy in the Studio

Spring has been incredibly busy. Between my day job, climbing trips to City of Rocks, Idaho, and Moab, Utah, I’ve spent many hours in the studio refining my watercolor figure-painting techniques. Recently, I completed several paintings that explore heavy pigment application, soft transitions created through delicate washes, and selective pigment lifting. I’ve been especially pleased with the results in Filter and Summer Solstice #2.

You can find me at Park Silly on June 14 and the Bohemian Bum Farmers Market on July 5. I’ve also applied to several art festivals throughout the summer and fall and will share additional show dates as they are announced.

Park Silly Sunday Market

I’ve been invited to be the featured artist at the annual Park Silly Sunday Market on June 14th, 2026 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Historic Main Street in Park City Utah. Welcome to my online Studio

12/9/25- I’ve had people ask me what the name Rockkarma means? It’s a word that relays my respect for the mountains of Utah and my respect for the art of climbing. My wife will tell you that when I’m not painting, I’m out climbing in the mountain’s around Salt Lake City and Moab. In this chapter of my life I have found that climbing centers me and art fulfills me.
