Kinderdijk, NL, 2026 by Utah Artist Brent Palmer.

This original watercolor painting captures a quiet view of Kinderdijk in the Netherlands. Two historic windmills rise beyond a calm waterway, while fresh green grasses and small white flowers fill the foreground.

Loose washes give the cloudy sky and distant landscape a soft atmosphere. In contrast, lively marks and bright greens bring the spring growth close to the viewer. The painting celebrates the familiar Dutch windmill through a personal moment of light, water, and color.

A lovely choice for collectors of European landscapes, windmill art, and original watercolor paintings.

This is an original, hand-painted watercolor measuring 8x10 inches with a one inch white border on Arches 140 lb, 100% cotton, cold pressed paper  using professional Winsor & Newton watercolor paint.  Colors may slightly vary due to computers monitor color settings.  The painting is unframed, backed with a museum quality mat board, sealed in cellophane and shipped in a heavy "stay flat" envelope.
